📋 House Rules We want you to enjoy Casa Leon while also respecting the home and neighborhood. 🤫🤫🤫 ** Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM ** - No unauthorized events or unregistered guests - Pets must be declared and are not allowed on furniture or beds - Check-out time is firm unless approved in writing via Airbnb - Guests may be responsible for additional fees if rules are not followed Unapproved Late check out penalty - 0-30min late: grace period - 31-60min late: $150 - 61-90min late $250 - 90-120min late: Full nightly rate of the next night Please note that if your late check out causes delayed check in or cancellation by the next guests, you are responsible fully for the difference in compensation.
