** LOCATION ** Centrally located to the peaceful north county and bustling downtown, this nature-inspired cozy casita, is the perfect stay if you are visiting San Diego! ** Exterior ** Imagine entering through this welcoming yard, swinging ever-so-gently on the hammock chair, under a trellis wrapped with vines and string lights. ** Interior ** Enter through the door, you will find a hand crafted blue resin and Italian olive wood coffee table perched in front of an Article rattan daybed, filled with comfy and stylish throw pillows. This day bed is nearly the size of a twin mattress, so it can sleep one person comfortably. The day bed/couch is positioned facing a large TV with Roku set up to watch movies and relax inside. On the other side, you are greeted by a minimalist wall mural of arches and golden sun, as the background to a floating candle hovering over a hand made Yucatan walnut resin low rise dining table. Paired with comfy floor poufs, you can enjoy a nice meal or conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities you might need for a proper meal. Your morning routine can begin with a latte using the Keurig machine and milk frother. The Black and white with gold accent, creates an aesthetic that adds another dimension to your cooking! ** Bedroom ** Entering the bedroom, you will notice a low-rise Floyd bed matched with a super comfy Helix mattress, topped with the same linen and pillows chosen by high end resorts. Cotton wrapped satin sheets, await your arrival and welcome you into a peaceful slumber. As you awaken in the morning, your first view is of the beautifully painted mural of a golden sun rising through the hills, preparing you for a day full of fun and exploration in San Diego. Fully stock bathroom also includes washer and dryer, for those longer stays to keep your clothes fresh and smelling nice.

Free street parking. Please do not park in the driveway. NO SMOKING Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 10AM Self check-in with key-lock This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. Late check outs are not allowed. Any late check out will incur a $50 fee PLUS any additional fees that need to be paid to compensate the cleaners or the next guests.

Clairemont is one of the most colorful neighborhoods in all of San Diego. You are a walking/biking distance from many Michelin star and hidden gem restaurants. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful but very central to all night the night life SD has to offer from north to south!

You have full access to the cozy private yard. The casita is on the side of the owners house, but with private entrance.
