Unapproved late check-outs may incur fees to cover cleaning and scheduling impacts. Smoking This is a non-smoking cabin. Shoes Please remove shoes when entering the cabin. Kindly wipe pet paws upon entry. Pets Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee and must be declared at booking. To help keep the cabin comfortable for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning related to pets. Service animals are always welcome. Septic System The cabin uses a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only (no wipes or other items). Fire Pit Please access the firepit via the designated flattened path and avoid the steep undeveloped area. General Maximum occupancy: 10 guests Please be respectful of the quiet, private neighborhood. Exterior security cameras are present for safety. The camera is located at the front door, facing the parking (outdoors)

Guest Access
There are 2-3x parking spots at the front of the house. Please do NOT block the road. It is a ONE WAY road, so please go around on your way out, and respect the neighborhoods. Very large pick ups can also park at the church just down the street.

Parking for up to 3 cars at the front. short drive off the main road. Paved all the way to the house. The parking may be challenging for extra long trucks/cars. Normal size SUVs and sedans should be no problem
